Stripe charges its own card fees, which are the co-op’s. The percentage your co-op keeps on teacher payouts is yours to set. Paying by semester is two payments of 55 percent of the yearly price each.
Founding co-ops
The first 10 co-ops that pay, or until March 31, 2027, whichever comes first:
- 50 percent off the first year of any tier.
- That tier’s price held for 3 renewals.
- We set up your co-op and import your families for you.
- A full refund if you decide not to run registration on Timberclove in your first semester.
In return we ask for a short feedback call each term. We name a co-op in public only with its written approval.

What does Timberclove cost?
A yearly price by the number of families in your co-op: $390 for up to 40 families, $690 for up to 120 families, $1,190 for up to 300 families. Every feature is in every tier. Over 300 families, or several campuses, we quote it with you.
Do you take a share of tuition?
No. Timberclove takes none of the tuition families pay. Stripe charges its own card fees, which are the co-op’s, and the percentage a co-op keeps on teacher payouts is the co-op’s too.
Can we pay by semester?
Yes. Instead of one yearly payment you can pay twice, once each semester, at 55 percent of the yearly price each time.
Is there a discount for the first co-ops?
The first 10 co-ops that pay, or until March 31, 2027, whichever comes first, get 50 percent off their first year, the same tier price held for 3 renewals, setup and family import done for them, and a full refund if they decide not to run registration on Timberclove in their first semester. In return we ask for a short feedback call each term.
Can we try it first?

What if we grow past our tier?
Move up to the next tier at your next renewal. Prices for a co-op already on Timberclove stay the same until we give notice before a renewal.
